The senior management at NAILS includes professionals with vast experience in virtually all areas of transportation. Tom Phelps and Terry Tomea have over twenty years experience each with backgrounds involving ground and air transportation throughout the world. This background includes international, refrigerated and military experience. Tom and Terry have both been included in several Who's Who publications. They are family and community oriented and take great satisfaction in personal service to their customers. The ownership has created a very modern, yet old-fashioned work environment. There is an insistence on the personal touch and communication, starting with no voice mail menus, and back that up with a very sophisticated computer system. NAILS has a twenty four hour dedicated "on line" presence on the World Wide Web in order to service the new generation of business. The office itself is very informal, and virtually anybody will answer the phone to take an order or answer a question.
